Automatic Lamination Insert Machine

This machine consists of control box device and mechanical

 Control box device: PLC control system, touch screen for set parameters such as quantity of lamination for one pcs transformer.

                                   Mechanical insert device: Step motor driven+lamination                                                           boxes+tailstock device,tooling Customized by the transformer coil.

One set control box can equipped with different mechanical insert devices.

For example, we have 4 type transformers and 4 type laminations.

We only need one set control box device+4 set mechanical insert device.

Main function:

Manual put stack lamination in the 2 boxes(Max 170mm height)

Manual load transformer coils on the fixture.

Operator press start button,auto tailstock.

Stack lamination auto insert to coils by step motor driven.

Manual unload transformers coils insert with lamination.
