2. Main function and work flow

Manual pre-round(assemble the 12 pcs segments on the steel tooling

Manual load the steel tooling with segments into the chuck tooling.

Chuck tooling with the parts move into welding station

Auto welding(double head welding)

Chuck tooling auto move out

Manual unload the steel tooling for next step.
