1、  Range of use

 Mainly used for induction motor stator coil re-shaping after inserting. Coil forming and shaping machine is Apply to multi-layer stator winding insertion which needs secondary wire insert.

2. Main function

 - After coil inset process, the upper and bottom side of coil will not be the same shape. Therefore, coil forming will be needed before next process. After forming, the coil will be expanding and easy for the next time insertion.  Both slot paper and wedge should not be damaged or turned over. The stator should not be deformation or stator lamination should not be upward. There is no wire enamel broken.

     -Machine has hydraulic system The up/low four bearing steel pillars used for guiding Under the pushing action of the hydraulic cylinder,relizing re-shaping work through internal expansion and external expansion. Machine for preliminary shaping of wire bundles on the both side of the stator.

     -It is convenient for the secondary insertion and insert of photographic paper to ensure the quality of subsequent insertion,
