1、  Range of use

 This servo driven coil insert machine is mainly used for both copper wire and AL wire coil insert to AC induction motor stator. Mainly apply to air conditioner motor, washing machine motor, compression motor, fan motor, generator motor, pump motor, single and three phase induction motor, etc.

2. Main function

     Manual put coil on the tooling,coil and slot wedges are automatically embedded into the stator slots.It can embed the coil and the slot  wedge between the coil at one time.Set into the stator groove shape.Slot wedge adopts stepping motor to feed paper,Coil and slot wedge are embedded by the servo motor.

Fast exchange toolings for different type stator. Different product with different parameter could be set in HMI. For example according to the slot filling rate ,different type of wire, different coil insert speed, different wedge are settable.
