1.Range of use

Various kind of transformer coils that have several group of winding+ taping.

Including enamel wire winding, litz wire winding, 3 insulation wire wire winding, insulation taping, reflex tapping, and margin taping

Different type of winding and taping machines can be assembled or separated freely.

2.Main function

-Auto vibration feeder, auto load/unload, auto pin wrapping, auto winding, auto traversing, auto wire cut and clamp. Auto insulation taping, auto margin taping, auto reflex taping.

Auto transferred by high speed trolley.

3.Optional device

-Auto feeder device, Auto scissors device, auto taping station.

-Auto soldering and testing device
