Series Motor Stator Production Line

1. Range of use:

All type motors with 2 pole stator,such as mixer motor stator.

3. Main function:

   2.1    Paper insert machine includes belt line.

       -Manual put stators on the stator stock and feeding area .

       -Stator auto load to carry line by robot

       -Stator uto load to paper insert machine, auto paper cut,auto paper forming,auto paper insert,stator auto                unload to carry line.

     -Equipped with safety  sensor on machine doors.

     2.2    Stator auto transfer robot             

     -Controlled by servo motor and pneumatic clamp.

     -Auto pick up the stator from paper insert machine line and change posture, auto move  stator  to belt line and prepare to load to winding machine.

     -Equipped with safety  sensor on machine doors.

     2.3  Four spindle stator winding machine

      -Stators auto load to winding station,auto winding,auto wire cut/clamp,auto unload to stock        area after winding.

      -Equipped with safety sensor on machine doors.

Air source:   0.5～0.7Mpa

Stator OD:   Φ40-Φ90mm(can be customized)

Stator height:   12-30mm(can be customized)

Stator poles:   2 pole

Paper width:   80-130mm(can be customized)

Production cycle time

    Paper insert machine and stator winding machine working at time.

So we calculate the cycle time only by winding station.For example:

-300 turns costs about 80s , 4 spindle winding,that is about 20s/stator
