Auto vibration feed station       

 Auto winding station (2/3/4/5 set 12 spindle winding+taping machine)

 Auto laser peeling 3 layer insulation wire.

   Auto fluxing, soldering and testing station.    

 High speed carry line and transfer trolleys.

3、Main function and working procedure

     -Transformer bobbins auto feed by vibration tray.

-Auto transfer to winding station, bobbin auto load to winding machine spindle.

-Auto precise layer winding, auto wrapping, auto wire cut/clamp,auto taping.

-Bobbin Auto unload to the second machine winding+taping

- Auto transfer to soldering station.

-Auto pin soldering and testing. Auto unload to the third trolley to next assembly station.
